Questions about AI automation
Will the AI make things up for my customers?
It only answers with material you approved: prices, hours, policies. Beyond that, it says it will check and hands over to you. I test the hard cases before going live and you follow everything on the dashboard.
Does it work on my current WhatsApp?
It uses the official WhatsApp Business API, on your number or a new one if you prefer to keep them separate. You keep replying from the same app whenever you want to take over.
What does it cost per month once it's live?
Two costs: AI and WhatsApp usage, billed per use by the providers and set up in your name, and maintenance with me under the regular plans (from R$ 249/month). Here I recommend Pro, since the assistant improves with monthly tuning.
Can I start with just one part?
Yes. Most start with the customer service assistant and, after a month running, add the routine automations through the maintenance plan.
